If you will be voting representative for your chapter at the ROC Meeting and you are not the current Chapter President, you are considered a Proxy!  When registering, please mark yourself as a Proxy, download and complete the Proxy Statement Form and email it to Region 1 Secretary, Atis Zikmanis, by October 18, 2019.
