Fall 2025 ROC in Seattle

Join us for the Fall 2025 Region I, Regional Operating Conference (ROC) at the Silver Cloud Hotel Stadium at Lumen Field. Located right across from T-Mobile Park and next to Lumen Field & Event Center and WAMU Theater, this venue is just a short walk from Pioneer Square’s top-notch dining, shopping, and art galleries. Plus, downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market are just a stone’s throw away!

🏨 Hotel Registration:

You can now book your room for the ROC by doing following :

1. Going online to the booking link: ASSP Regional Operating Committee OR
2. Call at (206) 204-9800 (M-F 9am-5pm) and mention you’re with the “ASSP Regional Operating Committee Fall 2025 Meeting.”

Our host chapters secured a special rate of $199 per night and reserved 30 rooms just for our group. This discount is only available until August 30th, so don’t miss out!

🚉 Transportation:

The hotel is very accessible by public transportation(A-Line, 1-Line) or a short Uber/Lyft ride away from SeaTac International Airport.

🍻 Welcome Reception:

Welcome reception will take place on Tuesday evening, September 30, at 6:00 PM in the bar at Jimmy’s On First, located downstairs in the hotel. Appetizers will be provided, and guests can purchase drinks at the bar. Please RSVP.

🍽️  Group Dinner:

Dinner will be held on Wednesday, October 1^st , at 6:30pm at Ivar’s Waterfront, Seattle. Go to Dinner at Ivar’s event link to register.  The Seattle and Puget Sound Chapters are generously covering the cost for dinner, so come and enjoy a fantastic meal on us. Significant others are invited for $50/guest.

🌇 Post-ROC Outing

What better way to visit Seattle then to visit the iconic Space Needle at Sunset. Our hosts are going arrange transportation to this famous landmark on the night of October 2nd. Please register at Sunset at the Space Needle to save you and your companions a seat.
