Join us for the Spring 2026 Region I Regional Operating Conference (ROC) at the Hilton Garden Inn Bend, located in the heart of the Old Mill District in Bend, Oregon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, the Deschutes River Trail, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Mount Bachelor and Redmond Municipal Airport are just a 30-minute drive away.

✈️ Travel Information
The closest airport is Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. Please try to book your flights into this airport.
🏨 Hotel Registration
Book your hotel room for the ROC using one of the following options:

Our host chapters have secured a special group rate of $174 per night for stays from April 14–17. This discounted rate is available until March 17, so be sure to book early.
🚉 Transportation to the Hotel:
Ride share apps are available to use to/from the hotel. If you’d like to carpool with another attendee please enter your departure/arrival dates using the carpool sign up sheet and coordinate accordingly.
🍻 Welcome Reception:
The Welcome Reception will take place on Tuesday, April 14th, from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the Broken Top Room at the Hilton Garden Inn. Light appetizers will be provided. Alcoholic beverages are not included and may be purchased at the bar located downstairs.
